ISDB Conducts Second Round of Admission Test for Faculty of Philosophy

The Instituto Superior Dom Bosco (ISDB) hosted the second round of admission tests for its Faculty of Philosophy today, welcoming 28 candidates to its campus in Dom Bosco Comoro, Dili. The testing session ran from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, marking an important milestone in the selection process for the academic year.

Most of the candidates are members of the Salesian congregation, reflecting ISDB’s ongoing mission to nurture individuals committed to education, leadership, and the values of the Salesian tradition. The admission test assessed participants in four key areas: Tetun language, English, Portuguese, and General Knowledge, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their academic readiness and linguistic skills.

As a cornerstone of ISDB’s educational mission, the Faculty of Philosophy plays a vital role in shaping future educators, leaders, and thinkers. The second round of testing underscores ISDB’s dedication to academic rigor and its commitment to providing high-quality education for young people in Timor-Leste and beyond.

The results of the admission test are expected to be released soon. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to embark on a transformative educational journey at ISDB, contributing to its tradition of forming future leaders who are rooted in service and intellectual excellence.
