1. The officers of the ISDB are the secretary-general, the treasurer, and the librarian.
2. They are appointed with the approval of the Grand Chancellor upon recommendation by the Rector, to whom they report.
Article 48
Competencies of the Secretary-General
In addition to his administrative duties, the Secretary-General is also responsible for academic matters, and his competencies are as follows:
1. To coordinate and evaluate the learning process;
2. Coordinating the implementation of academic quality;
3. Continuously monitoring and evaluating the teaching curriculum;
4. Planning, overseeing, developing, and evaluating the learning, research, and community service processes of faculty and students, as well as assisting students and faculty at the academic level;
5. Planning the opening of new faculties and departments;
6. Plan and organize the use of academic facilities;
7. The programs under its jurisdiction must be submitted in full to the Rector for review and approval.
