1. The officers of the ISDB are the secretary-general, the treasurer, and the librarian.
2.  They are appointed with the approval of the Grand Chancellor upon recommendation by the Rector, to whom they report.

                                                                                                                     ISDB Library

1. ISDB is equipped with a Library, a necessary aid for teaching and research. Its bibliographic heritage will be preserved and updated with the utmost care.
2. The Library has its own funding and budgets.

                                                                                                                    Library Director

The Director, appointed by the Rector, is responsible for managing the Library. His or her term of office is three years and may be renewed.
