On July 11, 2025, ISDB held its fourth graduation with 25 graduates, who received a ministerial decree from the “IX Constitutional Government”, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture, number 21/VI/MESCC2025.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, ANAAA President, INCT President’s Representative, SDB TLS Provincial and FMA Timor-Indonesia, family and friends of the graduates, ISDB students, etc.

According to the agenda, in the part of “Oratio sapientiae”, Fr. Plácido Teófilo Freitas, SDB (Doctor of Philosophy/PhD) gave his speech entitled “The Scandal of the Future: Rethinking the Responsibility between Generations”. Through this speech, Dr. Plácido reminded, in particular, the graduates that our present action is “not neutral,” but has an effect on future generations. Therefore, you must choose to take action responsibly.

QUARTA CERIMÓNIA DE GRADUAÇÃO DO ISDB, ANO DE 2025

A 11 de julho de 2025, o ISDB realizou a sua quarta formatura com 25 formandos, que receberam o decreto ministerial do “IX Governo Constitucional”, Ministério do Ensino Superior, Ciência e Cultura, nº 21/VI/MESCC2025.

A cerimónia contou com a presença de Sua Excelência o Ministro do Ensino Superior, Ciência e Cultura, o Presidente da ANAAA, o Representante do Presidente do INCT, o SDB TLS Provincial e a FMA de Timor-Indonésia, familiares e amigos dos formandos, alunos do ISDB, etc.

De acordo com a agenda, na parte da “Oratio sapientiae”, o Pe. Plácido Teófilo Freitas, SDB (Doutor em Filosofia/PhD) proferiu o seu discurso intitulado “O Escândalo do Futuro: Repensando a Responsabilidade entre Gerações”. Neste discurso, o Dr. Plácido lembrou, nomeadamente, os formandos que as nossas acções actuais “não são neutras”, mas têm impacto nas gerações futuras. Por isso, devem escolher agir com responsabilidade.
