On August 23, 2025, at the Dom Bosco Portico – CPN Comoro, the Instituto Superior Dom Bosco (ISDB) conducted a training program entitled “The Art of Speaking as a Leader.” This program was led by Mr. Alberto M. S. Alves Piedade (BEPI).

The participants in this training comprised over three hundred individuals, including students from both university and secondary schools, as well as employees.

In this instance, the speaker shared information regarding the various forms of leadership and their underlying principles, underscoring the notion that “a leader must not only possess the ability to lead, but also the capacity to communicate clearly, confidently, and objectively.

In this meeting, the roles of the speaker and the participants are intertwined. The participants become more active when they express their doubts, suggestions, and criticisms.

Upon completion of the training, the participants were awarded a certificate of participation from Instituto Superior Dom Bosco, serving as a formal recognition of their involvement in the training program.

The art of speaking as a leader entails more than merely “turning words into language”; it also involves the ability to “provide direction to generations.”
