The opening ceremony was formally convened and attended by the Rector of ISDB, members of the academic staff, administrative personnel, and representatives of the ISDB Student Council. The active involvement of institutional leadership and educators underscores the university’s commitment to facilitating a comprehensive academic and social transition for new students.
