Comoro, April 5, 2025 – The Student Senate of Instituto Superior Dom Bosco (ISDB) successfully organized a public seminar on April 5, 2025, under the theme “Leadership Formation.” The event was held at the ISDB campus in Comoro, Dili, and drew an impressive crowd of approximately 1,200 university students from across East Timor.

The seminar featured Dr. Fidelis Magalhães as the keynote speaker, offering insightful perspectives on the importance of leadership in today’s rapidly evolving world. The session was moderated by ISDB student Ronaldo Guterres, with Seguismundo serving as Master of Ceremonies.

Aimed at enhancing leadership skills among young people, the seminar was open to the public, with a symbolic registration fee of just 1 USD. Participants were awarded certificates of participation at the conclusion of the event.

ISDB authorities were in attendance, showing strong institutional support for the initiative. The seminar commenced at 9:00 AM local time, contributing to the ongoing efforts to empower youth through education and leadership development
