Dili, Timor-Leste –September 20, 2025. The Department of Finance and Human Resources at ISDB has continued its effort to strengthen institutional capacity by recruiting new staff members to support key operational areas.
Earlier this year, the department recruited staff for several units, including Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), the Secretariat for Academic Affairs, and the Library. On Saturday, September 6, the department held interviews for the librarian position. Following a competitive process, Rosa was selected and has now officially begun her role as Librarian. Congratulations and welcome to Rosa as she joins the academic support team.
More recently, on Saturday, September 20, another recruitment was conducted to fill a position in the Finance and Logistics support team. From a total of 65 applicants, only 4 candidates passed the document screening phase and were invited for interviews. After evaluation, Lindalva was chosen for the role.
Lindalva, who previously worked at the Provincial Economic Office, will now contribute to the department by working mornings at ISDB and afternoons at the Economic Office.
